Who is your shipping carrier?

We use UPS Ground for every order.  All our packages will arrive within 5-10 days of shipping in 48 of the states. Orders made after 12pm on Friday will ship the following Monday.

What happens if I use the wrong shipping information?

If the shipping information is incorrect, then your items will be sent to the wrong address and will delay your receipt of the goods.  Please verify that all your information is correct before submitting your order, and if any discrepancy is found you can log on to your account and change your information or contact us using our online feedback form.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We will ship outside the United States however customs fees might apply.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, we ship via UPS to all areas in the US, however the shipping time will lengthen slightly.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Due to the value of our products we require a signature at delivery; for that reason we will not ship to P.O. Boxes.  Please include a physical mailing address for the Ship to Address.

What time of the day will my adornments arrive?

UPS usually delivers residential packages in the mid-afternoon, however if you will track your package using the tracking number provided by UPS you’ll be able to see exactly when they are expected to deliver. We will send you the tracking number once your package ships.

Can I specify an exact arrival date?

Yes, please list the date you would like to receive things by, or not receive them while you’re away, and we will try to accommodate you as best we can, however this cannot be guaranteed.

If I place my order today, how soon will it arrive?

The order must be put through our store for processing which usually takes 1-2 business days, then it will be shipped out.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Monroe, Louisiana

How do I track my package and when do I receive a tracking?

You will receive an email from us when your package is ready to ship and your payment is charged.  Within 24 hours UPS will follow-up with a tracking link to your package.  Simply click on that link to see where your package is and the estimated arrival date.

How do I know my online order was received at your company?

Once your order is received we will send you an updated processing email to acknowledge our receipt, and you can always log on to your account to see the progress of an order.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If the order has not already been shipped, simply log on to your account and make the changes necessary and hit Submit. We will respond within 24hrs with an acknowledgement.  Please note however that already shipped items can not be changed or canceled and will have to be returned.

Do you have a picture catalogue?

At this time our only catalog is the one you see online.  We look forward to coming out with new brochures and catalogs to meet all our customers needs.

Do you charge sales tax?

Standard sales tax applies for all orders that originate in Louisiana. No sales tax will be added for out of state orders. The price listed is the final price including applicable UPS fees and taxes.
